

Commercial operators will provide the following documentation to YNP Business and Commercial Services Office:.Commercial operator vehicles must be marked with their company logo and employees will be identified by some type of uniform or standard clothing.Paying a second commercial towing operator, if any, all submitted invoices within 30 days.Submitting all billing information to the appropriate entity.Scene coordination as it pertains to “recovery”.The initial operator will be responsible for:.Commercial tow truck operators must have the ability to communicate with law enforcement officers and the YICC (i.e., satellite phone, radio, cell phone).Traffic cones are required if the disabled vehicle and/or towing truck in any way impedes traffic flows or patterns.

The University is not responsible for damages that may result from towing of a vehicle.This Operating Plan between the CUA holder and Yellowstone National Park (hereinafter referred to as Service) will serve as supplement to the Commercial Use Authorization (CUA) for Towing and Automotive Services.

Proof of registration or title, along with a current driver’s license, are also required at time of pickup. They will release the vehicle only to the registered owner of the car after cash payment of the tow and storage fee. Honolulu Towing, Inc is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Motor vehicles, mopeds, motorcycles towed from the Mānoa campus are taken by Honolulu Towing, Inc to their location. The chain or lock can be retrieved from the towing company located below. Fees may be assessed for cutting chains and/or locks. Every effort will be made to preserve the lock by cutting a link instead of the lock component. Vehicles which have accumulated unpaid citations may also be towed.Ĭhain or u-lock on mopeds and motorcycles will be cut in the event of a tow. Situations requiring citation and/or towing include, but are not limited to, parking illegally in a reserved or disability stall and parking in prohibited areas that affect health and safety (such as fire lanes or in front of a fire hydrant). The University reserves the right to issue a citation and/or tow any motor vehicle, moped, motorcycle, or bicycle on campus grounds in violation of parking regulations.
